There is a proposal to re-develop the properties located at 21 Weber St and 149-151 Ontario St. 21 Weber St is adjacent to the Civic Centre Heritage Conservation District. 149-151 Ontario St is listed on the Municipal Heritage Register.
The draft Heritage Impact Assessment for the development will be discussed at the Heritage Kitchener Meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 4:00 pm in the Conestoga Room (Main Floor) of Kitchener City Hall.
