FAQ with Planner Juliane von Westerholt:
Q: Is there a website at which the community can look at the information to be presented at the meeting? In advance or after, so as to review things at our own pace?
A: Yes, I can make the presentation available for the public by posting on the website after the meeting on Thursday. This information ( regarding a website link) will be provided at the meeting.
Q: What is the deadline for feedback?
A: Usually a week after the meeting is typical for feedback.
Q: Will there be a follow-up meeting to hear community feedback after the information is digested?
A: None is scheduled at this time. There will be another opportunity for the community to be involved when applications for Committee of Adjustment are made.
Q: How might any received feedback influence the build?
A: Staff will collect and listen to the comments and depending on what staff hears suggestions can be made to the developers for changes. The developers will be there at the meeting and will hear the comments made by the community.
