The City of Kitchener has received an application for a Site Plan for lands located at 30 Margaret Avenue. The proposal is for 2 six storey buildings with a total of 234 units. The buildings are connected through a glass common room.
The purpose of this neighbourhood meeting is to inform you of the proposed development and to provide an opportunity for residents to ask questions, voice opinions, make comment and provide feedback on the proposed development of these lands. Please feel free to pass along this invitation to any neighbours who you feel may be interested in these applications.
