From the City’s website: A final zoning by-law (CRoZBY) and associated amendment to the city’s Official Plan was tabled at a statutory public meeting held on April 30, 2018 and May 8, 2018. Staff is proposing further application of the new zoning to ~400 additional properties that were not covered under previous CRoZBY components.
OBTNA has coloured the map below to show the new properties in Orange. On the official City map they are dark grey.
A public open house/drop-in session is scheduled to give the public an opportunity to review and ask questions about the new zoning by-law and associated amendment to the city’s Official Plan and the further proposed application of the new zoning to these additional properties.
Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 from 7p.m – 9p.m.

Final zoning by-law (Statutory public meeting 2018 version with annotations for refinements/revisions related to the further application of new zoning)
Additional draft site specific provisions (applicable to additional lands being zoned)
Further revisions to the final zoning by-law are still being considered and reviewed following submissions made at the 2018 statutory public meeting. These revisions do not specifically relate to the further application of new zoning but instead will be included in the final zoning by-law brought forward for Council adoption.
