Activa is now proposing a new development concept consisting of 47 three-storey townhouse units (23 units will directly face Margaret Ave) with at-grade parking.
The revised proposal requires a Minor Variance and will be considered at the next Committee of Adjustment meeting on July 18, 2023 (applications A 2023-087 and B 2023-026).
